Are these shared leads?
No. One business per trade per town. While you hold the area, every enquiry the site produces is yours and nobody else gets sent it.
How long before the work starts coming in?
The site is already ranking before you take it on, so enquiries start in days rather than the six months a new site would take.
Do you guarantee how many leads I get?
No. Volume moves with the season, the trade and the area, and we will not put a number on it unless it is agreed separately in writing.
How fast does it actually reply?
Calls are answered on the ring, 24/7. Emails and web enquiries are answered within minutes, and if the enquiry is missing something you need in order to price it, a call goes out to fill the gaps — typically within five minutes of it landing.
Will my customers know it’s AI?
